Wulfenite and Mimetite, San Francisco Mine, Sonora, Mexico
A lovely two-sided presentation of these popular species from the world-class San Francisco mine. The Wulfenite crystals on “side 1” present brilliant, lemon yellow transparent “windowpanes” with textbook crystal habit, whereas the “flip side” is butterscotch-orange, with accents of microcrystalline Mimetite. Some of the crystals have been clipped, however the piece is so involved that they are barely noticeable. Comes with the original type-written label.
