A breathtakingly exquisite profusion of radiating acicular electric emerald-green Brochantite crystals perched aesthetically on a contrasting brown gossan matrix, which makes for a striking mineral specimen. The Vieja Mine is a lesser-known copper deposit in a remote area of the Atacama Desert. There are only eight examples shown in the public archives of Mindat.
